A new version of Money Claim Online has been introduced this week. It is better than the previous version in that:
a) after registering with new MCOL, log in time for returning users is faster
b) new MCOL performance is much greater, as it is built to handle 1 million claims per year
c) regular issuers can retrieve all their existing cases into one account
d) businesses can set up an administrator who can then set up assistants to access all claims
e) increased claim history on screen which should reduce the number of calls/emails to the Helpdesk
f) search facility where more than 10 claims issued
archive facility, so users can remove cases from their main list, but still retrieve them if required
The court fees ar echeaper than local court fees.

I know its sad answering my own email, but does anyone here use Money Claim Online, or tried it and not liked it?

I have been on and tried to set up my company as a user and my colleagues as administrators meaning we could issue under the same account. However I tried a couple of times and just couldn't get it to work. I could access but my colleagues couldn't with their gateway details and password. Eventually gave up. A nice idea but, unless I was doing something very very wrong, one that doesn't work !!We have all given in and created our own new accounts and imported our case files over.

I am also deeply distrustful of anything that uses the Government Gateway....

Apart from that it seems pretty good !
