This is the third year that OC&C has compiled its credit management and debt collection (CMDC) index. In that time an enormous amount has changed in the industry. We have seen the effects of a recession – an unusual one in terms of tighter lending – along with increasing media and government scrutiny of debt collection, but also growth and development of the leading players in CMDC.
