Credit Today Awards 2011 winners announced

Leading figures from across the credit industry gathered yesterday in London for a glittering evening of food, wine and entertainment at the 12th annual Credit Today Awards.

Cockney comic Lee Hurst sponsored by Debit Finance Collections set the stage for an event that included pyrotechnics, theatrical performances and a charity raffle as 1,500 credit professionals came together in Grosvenor House’s Great Room to find out who this year’s winners were.

Following a performance of All That Jazz by the cast of the hit West End musical Chicago, it was down to Lee Hurst and Tony Gubba, the legendary British sport’s commentator who provided the distinctive voice for ITV’s Dancing on Ice, to reveal the winners.

With one of the longest shortlists and highest calibre of entries in the scheme’s 12-year history competition was fierce. It took painstaking scrutiny from the expert judging panel to decide who would be coming up on stage to collect their trophy.

Congratulations to all the winners and good luck for next year!

Credit Today would like to thank Marlin Financial Services for sponsoring the Award winners announcement.
